Overview:

During the testing process, the fingers must be in full contact with the touch pole piece.The AC voltage measurement must be in contact with a live conductor in order to obtain accurate values.
If it comes into contact with metal objects or the outer skin of charged conductors covered by an electric field, or if it is non-contact in a super strong electric field, although the voltage value
will also be displayed, this value is for reference only and cannot be used as a measurement basis.

Returns & Refunds

You may return an item within 30 calendar days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Email support@fantan.shop with your order number before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds
