⚠️ Important: Remember to turn off the fire alarm system (if any) before use.

Step 1 - Prepare the space: Close all windows and doors in the room. Put away or cover food, drinks, and personal items.
Step 2 - Place the tablet: Place 1 tablet in the center of the room or near heavily infested areas. Place it on a heat-resistant surface (such as a ceramic tile, iron plate, or porcelain dish) away from flammable objects. (Note: 1 tablet covers an area of roughly 160–320 sq ft / approx. 15–30 square meters).
Step 3 - Activate the smoke: Light the tip of the tablet until it burns red, then quickly place it down. Leave the room and keep it completely sealed for 1 to 2 hours for maximum effectiveness.
Step 4 - After fumigation: Open all doors and windows to ventilate the area for 20-30 minutes. You can use a fan to speed up the airflow.

Orders are packed and shipped by our partner fulfillment centers, which may be located outside your country, and are delivered by a postal or courier service in your country (for example USPS in the United States or Royal Mail in the United Kingdom).

You may return an item within 30 calendar days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Email support@fantan.shop with your order number before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your card issuer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
