Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Where Orders Ship From
Fan Tan is based in Australia, where we handle customer service and returns. Orders are packed and shipped by our partner fulfillment centers, which may be located outside your country, and are delivered by a postal or courier service in your country (for example USPS in the United States or Royal Mail in the United Kingdom).

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times (after processing)

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days – $15.00
Priority Shipping: 5–9 business days – $7.99
Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days – $5.99
Free Standard Shipping on orders of $45.00 or more: 10–20 business days

Returns & Refunds

1. Return Window
You may return an item within 30 calendar days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

2. How to Return
Email support@fantan.shop with your order number before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your card issuer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@fantan.shop with photos of the item and packaging and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
