30-Day Returns

You can return an item within 30 calendar days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@fantan.shop. We will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with photos and we will make it right at no extra cost.
